Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the phjl org website accessible at phjl-org.com, including all associated mobile applications, software, and services.
• "phjl org", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the phjl org gaming platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Gaming" means any game or activity on the Platform that involves wagering Philippine Peso (₱) funds with the possibility of winning or losing money.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives awarded to a Player by phjl org.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

phjl org reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an Account on phjl org, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style real-money gaming.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phjl org, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination.

phjl org reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time as part of its KYC obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phjl org may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the phjl org Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account. phjl org will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phjl org immediately via the contact details provided in Section 16 of these Terms. phjl org may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

phjl org reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• The Account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information;
• phjl org is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority.

All financial transactions on the phjl org Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phjl org supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods are subject to change at phjl org's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance. phjl org does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your Account, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• phjl org reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are approximately 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and up to three (3) business days for bank transfers.

phjl org reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. In cases of suspected money laundering or other financial crime, phjl org may report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.

phjl org may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phjl org promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotional terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
• phjl org reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonus revoked and may have their Account suspended.

All games available on the phjl org Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and represent long-term theoretical averages, not guaranteed returns on any individual gaming session.

• Gaming outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by any action, strategy, or system employed by the Player;
• Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes;

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, phjl org will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance. phjl org's decision in such matters is final.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any Platform software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phjl org staff or other Players;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from phjl org;
• Use any phjl org trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of phjl org intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjl org shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting game availability or outcomes;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phjl org makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

phjl org collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account on phjl org, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phjl org reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phjl org will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting phjl org support. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

phjl org may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;

• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• phjl org is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority.

In the event of Account termination for breach of these Terms, phjl org reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phjl org Platform, you agree to first contact phjl org's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phjl org will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phjl org from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
